Hi, I’m Drew Nichols.
I’m a musician of 30+ years whose first stage was a small church where I learned that music is community.
Counterpoint—Homes & Harmony is my mission: to bring familiar, well‑loved songs into the places people call home so residents, families, and staff can share a moment, a memory, and a laugh.
My first instrument was the saxophone. Always looking to help others, my next instrument was the bass guitar to round out my older brother’s 3-piece punk band. I then honed my skills as a sound engineer (yes, they’re musicians too). Eventually, I found music was a shelter. To sing and play brings me peace and joy. I learned guitar so that I had that shelter with me anywhere, not needing a full band to create music. That journey brings me to where I am today, playing guitar and singing tunes to bring others that same joy and spiritual shelter I seek through music.
I live the idea of counterpoint in my own life as a dual‑career musician and licensed real‑estate agent. Two unconventional melodies—music and housing—come together to feed my spirit and help me serve others: performing for seniors, and helping families find (or lovingly transition from) a home with care and dignity.
Beyond the stage, I support Little Free Libraries and volunteer with CASA NH, advocating for New Hampshire’s vulnerable youth. Wherever there are neighbors to gather, I’m there to help build community and grow in harmony.
